Silvia is super lief, maar helaas is de Brazilian wax behandeling onprofessioneel en slecht uitgevoerd. Ook de salon ruimte was donker en nog half in verbouwing. Ik raad deze salon voor ontharing niet aan, maar wellicht zijn haar andere behandelingen wel uitstekend.

Silvia is niet opkomen sagen op de afgesproken tijd. Ik had een afspraak gemaakt voor 14:45. Ik heb er zeker 20 min gezeten, om te horen te krijgen dat Silvia niet aanwezig is. En dit is pas gebeurd nadat ik vroeg of de afspraak voor mij uitliep, omdat ik er al een tijdje zat. Dit is zeer onprofessioneel.

Booked a lash extension removal. Supposed to take 15 minutes (usually takes even less) but the procedure lasted for an hour. No information was given on the approximation and why it is taking so long. It was also not Silvia who was conducting the procedure. The place itself seemed messy, would not necessarily say dirty. Overall they got the job done but the eyes hurt which is not supposed to happen..
