Booked a lash extension removal. Supposed to take 15 minutes (usually takes even less) but the procedure lasted for an hour. No information was given on the approximation and why it is taking so long. It was also not Silvia who was conducting the procedure. The place itself seemed messy, would not necessarily say dirty. Overall they got the job done but the eyes hurt which is not supposed to happen..

Facial was not a facial, only got a massage and a cream. People came in and out of my room constantly. Felt very uncomfortable and not worth any money

Eerlijk gezegd ben ik heel erg teleurgesteld ben hier al weleens eerder geweest en was toen zeer tevreden ik ben laatst weer gegaan en de extensions vielen van me ogen zodra ik de salon uit liep

Made an appointment through treatwell. They made me wait for 1.5 hours. Lashes were done very bad. After 2 days they all came off. During treatment it was constant noise loud speaking new people coming in and touching my face without asking. Treatment took 2 hours plus 1.5 of wait. Not recommended. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
