She adds extras to the price without asking. I booked my appointment for EUR80. We discussed toner and I agreed to it (without her mentioning the price, I expected it to be between EUR20 - EUR30) Final price was EUR140. EUR60 for toner? Not very happy that the final price is almost double than the initial agreed price, without her running the new price past me.
