I had full highlights and cut and I’m not happy about it. The highlights on the roots were too light and on my brown hair it was like I had yellow stripes. The cut is absolutely not ok: I have lot of volume and my hair is quite thick, she did the cut without any caring and she didn’t thin the tips out. I had to go back to fix the color on the roots and she was arguing that she did what I asked. Mediocre on everything
