Benaz is a kind person and put me at ease, but took much longer on my manicure than the appt time, and forgot that I had also booked a pedi until I reminded her. Because she had a client after me, she rushed the pedicure so much that she skinned off part of my toe during the foot filing, causing a lot of blood. When another client showed up at the location, I was asked to walk on bare feet, with my bleeding toe, on the salon floor to another room. Manicure results were sloppy. I will not return.

I wanted to leave a great review here since Benaz is a very nice woman but my manicure was extremely painful and my haircut was very rushed. As much as I appreciated the level of detail that was taken with my manicure, the time and effort taken with cutting back, pushing back and filing my cuticles with a motorised file caused every single one of my cuticles to be painful and bleeding. My haircut was rushed into about 15 minutes, resulting in a very choppy looking cut.
