I had my roots retouched and the color she put on my hair was 3 shades darker. It looks horrible. The pedicure was bad too. She did not file my nails well and the polish was sloppy. I am so disappointed as she had a high rating. I just moved to Leiden and now I need to try someone else. Hopefully I have a better experience with the next hair stylist.
