Ryan just knows what's up. He really takes his time to get to know you and the issues you're experiencing (in my case a lot of stress related tension in my neck and shoulder area). The trigger point therapy was great. During the therapy he let me feel the difference between the left (treated) and the right (untreated) shoulder. It was pretty amazing.

Good treatment! It’s important that you ask for what you need i.e. if you’re large and muscular you might need a more intensive deep tissue massage than Ryan (or any other massage therapist) is used to giving.
