Bianca is very attentive and cut my curls exactly how I wanted. Super happy with the result!
Only small note - washing and styling is booked separately,what I didn't know but my hair still looked great 😁

“I prepaid for a keratin treatment after clearly explaining the result I wanted, a heavier and more compact finish like I had before. Unfortunately the result was very different. After one week and one wash my hair feels almost the same as before unless I straighten it. I used recommended keratin safe products, so maintenance is not the issue. If a softer formula was used, this should have been discussed in advance.”
