“I prepaid for a keratin treatment after clearly explaining the result I wanted, a heavier and more compact finish like I had before. Unfortunately the result was very different. After one week and one wash my hair feels almost the same as before unless I straighten it. I used recommended keratin safe products, so maintenance is not the issue. If a softer formula was used, this should have been discussed in advance.”

We waren op zoek naar iemand die onze dochter (4) haar haar op lorte termijn kon knippen. We konden dezelfde dag nog terecht en ze vond de zaak prachtig! Stuk voor stuk allemaal vriendelijk en onze dochter haar haren zien er weer prachtig uit.
