I paid 40 instead of 20 which was what I booked cause they asked me if I wanted something which sounds like what I had booked without clarifying the costs. That would have been ok if I had not waited 40 mins after my appointment time to be helped. 40mins. And the cunning wording of โso you want a pedicureโ when I wanted my toenails gel changed to add an extra 20 on the bill is not very nice. I will not go back and I wish this wasnโt listed here. No one should wait 40 mins for their appt

This was the most terrible manicure experience Iโve ever had. I was bleeding in three places after cuticle removal...especially scary since the tools were barely sterilized. When removing the old gel the top part of my nail was removed and all scratched leaving nails in horrible conditions. I had to stop the manicurist half way and leave. Will take me a while to recover my nails now. This place for sure has the lowest customer service (no decent English it Dutch are spoken, they treat you like an animal while cutting your nails and also discuss you in their own language loudly).
I do not recommend. Stay away from this place.

I love coming here but when itโs busy they rush and the result was a rubbish shellac cut and paint. At home I saw the dents from it not being dry + nail shape is inconsistent.
