It was busy so I was helped by several staff members for efficiency sake. Treatment is cheap so expect quick and impersonal treatment.
Most staff, especially the man welcoming me, friendly. I also booked a French nail appointment for my sister who made a comment due to one French tip not covering her own nail (her yellowish nail showing under the white of the French tip). Her feedback was received in a hostile manner, the man no longer spoke to her and rushed to finish and then sped off. Not professional, but problem was fixed and she was happy with the end-result.
Would go back despite the above: cheap and good price/quality ratio. Just donโt expect service and also prepare for disorganized and delayed treatment.

Had over duidelijk iemand die maar wat deed, heeft veel te veel van mijn nagels weggeschuurd, wat gewoon pijn deed en schoot meerdere keren uit met het schuur apparaat waardoor mijn tenen allemaal wondjes bevatten en ze begonnen te bloeden. Hij heeft zolang mijn tenen geschuurd dat ik er meer dan een uur heb gezeten ipv 20min.
