Marcella was very kind and trustworthy, not adjectives that I usually apply in these types of reviews...but if you've ever had an eyelash lift, you'll know it takes time, your eyes are taped closed and it can be a little claustrophobic. Marcella informed me ahead of time it was 8 mins + 8 mins + 8 mins, but the final 8 mins had me squirming in my (incredibly comfy) seat and inwardly telling myself I'd never do that again. However, the result was magnificent! Highly recommended!
