This was the worst threading experience I have ever had. The person that did it was very rough and I now have cuts, swelling and bruising under my left eyebrow. I sent an email to complain which was ignored and when I followed up in person, the experience was even more unpleasant. I was initially blamed (e.g. “maybe your skin is too sensitive” or “you didn’t hold your skin tightly enough”) and there was no admission of fault. I’m still waiting to hear about a refund
