The whole experience was not great. There was no customer-friendly attitude in the salon, I had to wait for 20 minutes and the staff did not address this, nor pointing out how long the wait was or apologizing for the delay. The eyebrows threading was fast and rough. I got two small wounds on my eyelids and when I addressed this to the staff, everything they replied was 'You should have hold your skin tighter' without offering any apology or showing any concern.

Today I was very disappointed. The lady that attempted to do my waxing apparently had never used that type of wax so it took a very long time and the result was terrible. I asked to be waxed by someone else and the result was better. I was expecting at least an apology but it did not happen.
