I had an appointment scheduled for pedicure and hair treatment at 3pm, I arrived 10min in advance and Bruna told me that I could start with my pedicure. After I concluded this service, she told me that she could not proceed with the hair service because she was late from a previous appointment from 11am. I understand that unpredictable situations can happen but in this case, I would at least expected that she could have told me before I leave my house.
