Haircut: changed the style (making bangs shorter than the rest of the hair), which was not asked by the client. Blowout: did a blowout and charged for it even though it wasn't asked or scheduled by the client (who thought it would be just a quick drying of the wet hair). More clarity is important so people know where they stand and how much the service will cost.
