Bruna booked another client simultaneously with me. She was working by herself, concentrating her attention to the other client, consequently not able to listen and deliver wishes I cleared expressed! She interrupted my highlights several times, to do the other’s client hair. And inadequately, she asked me to stir the dye mix for my roots. My highlights and roots dye were poorly done and hair cut uneven. I got back to her asking for correction, but she didn’t accept it, neither my feedback.
