Absolutely appalled at the styling I received. I paid 50 euros for a cut and wash plus 40 euros for additional styling (light curls at the ends) which fell out TEN MINUTES LATER. I called the salon to understand the situation and get a partial refund and was told this was not possible and that it was my fault for putting on my cold leather jacket when I left?? So disappointed, I was only offered to return to redo the curls which wasn’t possible for me anymore… don’t even know what to say.
