I spent 5 hours for 2,5 hours treatment!! After balayage, toner was applied.It was way lighter than I wanted. When I told them, Bryan said no problem we can make it darker. Meanwhile, he applied root dye. After they he washed all, my balayage was still lighter color than I want and my root was red!! They applied dye again without any apology. I had dark roots with yellow balayage. Horrible! I reach them out by email but no reply and changed my treatwell status as cancelled to prevent my comment

Een hele warme sfeer, aandachtige behandeling. De mannen luisteren goed naar wat je wilt en geven een uitstekende service. Het is alsof je in een exclusieve salon bent waar je volledig jezelf kunt zijn! Een pareltje in Amsterdam!
