The appointment itself was really good — Justin is amazing, and the service was excellent. However, I’m disappointed with the final result. The outcome wasn’t in line with my expectations, and even after an attempt to “repair” it, my hair looked damaged after the first wash at home, with uneven spots and different colors. Considering the amount I paid, this isn’t the level of quality I would expect from a salon of this standard.
