I had my appointment booked at 15hrs, was only server at 16hrs. I had a dinner to attend and arrived late because instead of finishing at 16:30(scheduled time) I need at 19.20. The highlights are beautiful and the staff very welcome and friendly, but making me wait for 1 hour was not okay. The staff was really sweet but the fact that I spent 4.30hrs in the salon was not very good. I was also asked to pay extra because they used products which I did not ask to use. I paid for curls which unfortunately were barely done. Very satisfied with the colour of the hair and the sweetness of the staff but not satisfied with the delay and the curls. Maybe I was just unlucky I guess but they left me waiting there for 1 hour and I was about to leave. For the rest I recommend them.

Ik ga altijd met veel plezier naar Marnaz. Ze luistert goed naar mijn wensen en daardoor is het resultaat altijd perfect! Ze is gezellig en gastvrij, waardoor de tijd bij haar in de salon voorbij vliegt!
