The massage itself was okay, but I didn't receive any introductions or questions about what I wanted to address with the massage. There was no inquiry about any injuries I had or the strength of the massage I could tolerate. The start felt quite rushed, and despite being a first-time customer, there were no introductions or questions. This was a drawback for me.
