I booked the Swedish massage with Phen. It was very important that it was Phen, as I only like the massage with Phen. But no one told me that the master was another person. I would prefer to cancel the appointment and come another day but to Phen. Then the master asked me what massage I booked. Sorry what ? Can you maybe ask the administrator? Then another person came and asked how long have you booked - 90 minutes ? All this was when the massage started. With Phen nothing was like this.

Super massage! M’n spieren zaten helemaal vast en ook bij mijn bekken (last van bekkeninstabiliteit). Ze heeft dit helemaal los gekregen en loop ik weer pijnvrij rond!
