Erg vriendelijk personeel, was mijn tweede keer daar. Ze zeggen wat ze gaan doen en waarschuwen je van te voren zodat je niet schrikt (bijv het is koud of dit gaat even wat meer pijn doen). Ze doen hun werk erg goed, ze kijken alles ook goed na. Ze spreken daar wel engels, ik vind het zelf niet erg, zo oefen ik mijn engels ook eens een keer ;).

Nowadays always go in Chic wax & Beauty( and I tried many more before). The girl is so friendly and puts you at ease immediately. The results are always great as well. Probably the best place in Groningen!

Gebruikt goed materiaal, weet wat ze aan het doen is. Duidelijke instructies tijdens de behandeling en ook voor het traject daarna.
Alleen hoogst irritant dat ze geen pin automaat hebben, niet van deze tijd.
