Facial started late which is totally understandable because it was pre-holiday season and busy, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed how dirty it was. There were strands of hairs from previous customers and I noticed dried snot stuck to the towel/blanket. Although I booked the ProSkin60, the treatment lasted well beforehand - I think it took around 45min. The lady was very nice but I felt very uncomfortable and also not comfortable to express my dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t go back.
