Unreliable. I have being going here for a blow dry about once a month for the last couple of years. Whilst the blow dry can be decent.. it’s now happened three time where they ‘don’t turn up’ (forgot, etc.. ). Appreciate things can happen, people can get sick et .. except a few times this has clearly being excuses- it’s typically on a weekend at very start of day or end of day). They text me only an hour and a half before hand to let me know…. Even though they had being open all day.
