Thanh was tense, stressed and very unfriendly,speaks NO Dutch nor English, did everything in a big rush,ignored my requests, tore my thumb nail down the middle, bled. Painted the wrong colour and the French polish was uneven. Very bad experience.

My nails look great! The scrubbing however was so hard my skin started bleeding, causing quite the wound latee and almost a month later, it still isn't fully healed.
