I am happy with my cut but I had the project to donate my hair. It took more than 15mn and not less than 3 employees to understand I needed them on a braid and dry. If you plan to do something more elaborate, I would suggest to come with a dutch friend, unfortunately their english is not that good so it was really frustrating to explain myself. Also the employee who cut my hair told me to 'be cool !'. What a weird way to talk to a customer.
