Heel vervelend dat iemand geen Nederlands praat. Ik voelde me afgescheept, omdat ik een cadeau kaart had. Het zou eigenlijk vooraf gevraagd moeten worden of je het ok vind om behandeld te worden door iemand die geen Nederlands praat.
