Elle & Moi is a beautiful beauty location,I had a Olaplex blow dry with cut, and my hairdresser was Ellen, I am beyond happy with the service, friendly and attentive… I was looking for a great hair dresser in Rotterdam and I’ve found her! Prices are a bit steep but worth the service received from Ellen.
