First time I went for a pedicure it was really good, then booked a massage but it was cancelled 15 mins before my appointment when I was 5 mins a way due to a mistake. I was called 1 hour before asking if they could move the day to a Monday from the Saturday - I couldn’t due to work and they said it was ok and I could still come in...only to cancel 45 minutes later. I won’t be booking any more appointments here!
