I have booked appt with Firozeh, but other lady did pedicure. Treatment took 30min not 40min. 25 out of 30min pedicure is done with machine (which i dont mind) but lady just went with the machine everywhere, top of the nails (there was no gellak to remove, so why do it?), around toes and the whole feet! Hard skin should be removed in certain areas not the whole feet which feels very sensitive now!! Few toes have damaged skin (blood), even nails not cut properly. I am very dissappointed.
