Didn’t cut it the way I asked, left with hair still feeling unhealthy although I asked to cut enough for it to be healthy and without the curtain bangs I asked for. I paid in advance for a wash, and asked for it when I arrived. The man did not listen and I left with unwashed hair. He called after I left to offer to wash it since he misread the booking, so at least there is that, but still could have listened when I said I paid for a wash… Oh and I arrived 10min early and he was annoyed about it
