I had a very positive experience at Gentle Skin Clinic and genuinely appreciated both the treatment itself and the level of care throughout the entire process.
I recently had a CoolPeel CO2 laser treatment done there. The team was very attentive during the procedure, took my comfort seriously, and explained everything clearly. What stood out to me most was their professionalism and aftercare.
After the treatment, I noticed a small area under the eye that had intentionally been treated more cautiously during the session. When I reached out about it afterwards, they responded quickly, explained the reasoning transparently, and immediately invited me back to carefully blend the area — completely free of charge.
That level of service, care, and responsibility is honestly rare and made me feel very well taken care of as a client.
The clinic itself is calm, professional, and the staff are kind and approachable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering laser treatments or advanced skin treatments.
