I had been 15-20 minutes late, due to a transportation issue and I could not call ahead. I had been there twice on time before no problems, still charged me for one service they didn’t have time to do. And that was for about 2 hours reserved time. I didn’t cancel, I showed up. The beautician and manager consulted about whether to charge me full or partial cost, right in front of me in a rude way. Since you guys chose to charge 100% for the pedi, you chose to lose my patronage. Kindness matters.
