I had a full bleach with Chay. The listed price was €140, but I was charged €280 without warning, supposedly for extra product. The home-based salon didn’t reflect that price, cats jumped on me during the appointment, which felt unhygienic, and the space wasn't as clean as shown online. My hair turned out very yellow, as if no toner was used. Chay is friendly, but the experience didn’t match the cost. I felt SCAMMED, don't go!

Heel fijn en knus salon en Chay is een fantastische kapster! Ze luisterde naar mijn wensen (van lang stijl haar naar een korte bob) en ze heeft het in no-tims gefikst. Ik ben super tevreden 😊✨ 10/10 would recommend 💯
