Amazing experience!! Chay was super nice as well as her cats 🤩 I left with an amazing(and exactly what I wanted) haircut, check her Instagram! 2 years in Amsterdam and Chay was the best so far. Loved the ambience (pls share your playlist 🥹) Recommed for everyone

The atmosphere is really nice, she offered me a tea while I had the hair mask on and she has two adorable cats that come and say hello and play with you

Rather unpleasant experience!1.I had to wait.2.Chay was rushing with me&spent 35min instead of 40 as per Treatwell+she said it supposed to be 20min.3.constantly pulled my hair.4.cut shorter than it was agreed.5.No mirror to see haircut from the back
