I booked a random facial and wasn't prepared for the pain! The communication was quite minimal; it would have been helpful to have an introductory chat and explanation. My skin does look great now though!

I forgot the name of the wax barista, but she was very efficient and polite. Although it wasn’t my first time getting a brazilian wax, she was very caring and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. I’m always happy with the service at Go NKD. My favorite beauty place!
