Amanda was incredible. Best waxing of my life! No pain at all and friendly personality, and explained all the services NKD offers. Only feedback I have for the whole team, was I came in for my first appointment ever at NKD and I saw 3 different employees in the 15 minutes I was waiting as I was early. Nobody greeted me, smiled at me, or told me where to wait or asked what I needed and I was a little confused how to check-in. I sat down on the couch to wait after standing at the door for 5 minutes unsure. And several employees walked by and said nothing even though I was trying to ask where to go. Amanda got me perfectly on-time though and was wonderful. I have worked at many salons and I think it is a good policy that all staff at least say hello when someone walks in or you may miss out on some customers. Also, I tried to book a pedicure on-line in 1 month and the system would not allow it so I booked somewhere else. Maybe the pedicure technician schedule is not loaded one month out? I have already booked my next waxing appointment, and so happy to find NKD!
