I was very happy with my manicure and Grace worked very diligently. I however didn’t love the overall experience as she kept taking calls during my appointment and had to step away a couple of times during our appointment. The further lack of small talk made it a bit of an awkward experience for me as a client. Despite the good results, I will go to another place that makes me feel more comfortable and welcome.
