I went to do a simple root coloring. My hair is dark brown (but not black), and the color chosen was darker than my natural color (big no!) In the end, the amount to pay was €70 (if I had paid through Treatwell, it would have been €60) because "the price can change depending on the hair." I don’t really like only knowing the final price at the end. I appreciate the transparency of knowing how much I will pay upfront. I also didn’t like the way my hair was styled.
