Booked and asked for a balayage and got super uneven highlights instead, some sections bright blonde and others much darker. When splitting my hair with a mid part, half of my head is blonde and the other is dark. My hair was also backcombed and combed out very roughly while wet and freshly bleached, causing breakage and a lot of pulled-out hair. €50 extra charge, totalling €257, without a receipt. The cut was nice though. Obviously will not be coming back.

Lisa is vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Zij kijkt goed naar je als klant en welk kapsel bij je past. Het knippen doet ze kundig en laat zien dat ze haar kappersvak goed verstaat. Ik kom graag weer terug!
