My appointment was supposed to be at 13:45 but they were still busy with other clients when I was there. They started my hair treatment at 14:30 without any explanation or apology. I had an appointment with Eren but he said his colleague help me. Even, Vural was busy with my hair, he was still talking to the other client to taking photos of her hair and posting them on Instagram.
Furthermore, smoking e-cigarettes inside the saloon and also touching customers’ hair is not good.

Vural is niet alleen een geweldige kapper, maar ook een ontzettend vriendelijk en prettig persoon. Hij luistert goed naar je wensen, werkt professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat je altijd tevreden de deur uitgaat. De fijne sfeer in de salon maakt het helemaal af. Een echte aanrader!
