My appointment was supposed to be at 13:45 but they were still busy with other clients when I was there. They started my hair treatment at 14:30 without any explanation or apology. I had an appointment with Eren but he said his colleague help me. Even, Vural was busy with my hair, he was still talking to the other client to taking photos of her hair and posting them on Instagram.
Furthermore, smoking e-cigarettes inside the saloon and also touching customers’ hair is not good.
