Went in for highlights but was advised by the hairdresser to go for balayage instead. I agreed and was told the price (almost 300Eur). My hair was already very bleached in the front part (previous money piece). The hairdresser did not take this into account at all and actually applied bleach again on those parts. Now those front parts are extremely damaged and broken (all this after being told by the hairdresser that she does not like broken hair). I find this quite unprofessional.
