Even though the lady was nice, it did not really seem that she knew what she was doing. The fact that she normally deals with short nails as she mentioned, should be maybe considered.
Even though I shared a picture with the wanted shape, (nothing crazy), in the end my nails were not like that. We just landed where we landed.
Nails not the same shape or lenght, she kept asking me after each nail if it’s ok and whenever I would look something would not be right. Instead of a relaxing moment it became a stressful one. Cuticles not removed even thought that was the main reason why I decided to come to the salon. The foot massage part of the package, was no massage at all, just a 20 sec cream application. If that is the normal practice, the package wording should be adjusted as it is false.
Not even the normal nail polish was not evenly applied to my nails. Ended up staying 3+ hours for something that felt more like a practice more than a professional experience. I chose the location and paid even more than in other parts thinking that the treatments would be good but I definitely consider that I overpaid for what I got. It was a bad experience altogether, quite an expensive one.

I am looking for a refund. The salon refused to provide the prepaid treatment because I was 5 minutes late. I've never experienced something like this. They literally told me that they needed to close within the next 10 minutes. Zero flexibility

Mariam is such a professional. She always excels my eyelashes lifting, every time I do the procedure I ended up feeling prettier :) she is also kind and nice to talk to.
