My facial was cancelled the evening before and I had to take a treatment that did not involve a member of staff. Chose the brain massage. Not the right choice. It involved 15 mins of breathing and then my bed moved rhythmically for 35 mins. And I paid nearly €50 for the privilege. Terrible value for money!
