It was very enjoyable! First the face cleaning and scrub with all nice Rituals fragrances, the scalp massage and red light for 10-12min, then the final skin care and relaxation moment that followed. Fleur was very nice always explaining and detailing each action that she was taking. Soft and professional in every movements.
