Yulia is great, but I don't understand why it's so difficult to book. First, noone answers the phone over a two day period so I eventually went to the store to book the appointment. Now I have to wait to book an appointment for September. i was told it would be open today or tomorrow for September bookings, but when I called this morning they said they don't know when it will open. This doesn't seem to be run like a professional business, more like a start up.
