A wonderful experience from start to finish. A very relaxed atmosphere, which I was pleasantly surprised by considering we were in a department store. As a lover of the ritual's brand, it was an extra special touch that I was able to pick out some of my favourite products to be used during the massage. Everything felt calm and relaxed, there was no rush or pressure. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this experience enough. I will defiently be back.
